Hospital was founded in 1984 as Bayrampasa Eye Hospital. Hospital’s Principle "For a Bright Life". It was commissioned in 1984. Besides the Idealtepe Eye Center which was established in 1997, eye health services also provide at the Yıldırım Eye Center established in 2001. Bursa Yıldırım Eye Hospital started its operations in 2001.
